You had printed our book “The SOUND OF MUSIC IN RAJASTHAN” Selected by the Government of India as one of the few books for display at the World Book Fairs held at Frankfurt, Belgrade, London and Moscow, it received International award as one of the most Beautiful Books of the World at a Special Exhibition held at Leipzig where The UNESCO and 37 countries of the world had participated.

We need not say about the great quality you have put that you always do but we shall always remember with gratitude the kind consideration you gave us at the time of bringing it out.

For some years you have been printing the quarterly Newsletter of the Netherlands Alumni Association of India.

I should like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on that occasion, at the same time expressing our satisfaction about the careful and professional way you have been looking after our publication which also thanks to your cooperation has found many interested readers.

You will be glad to know that we have been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Travel Agents Association of India and Special Excellence Award by the Pacific Area Travel Association, USA, for our 1980 series of promotional tourist literature.

You were probably first in city to establish such forward-looking printing press in 1940s and now you can take pride in being the first even today.

I am writing this letter specially to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation for the timely support and help provided by you in bring out our recent State of Institute Report 1989-90. The cover page, print and the total get-up is reflective of the excellent work being done by the team at your place. A lot of innovation and creativity is required for bringing out such publications but the technical inputs in printing and publication were provided by Mr. Pramod Jain very effectively and efficiently.

I am thankful for your letter dated 13 July, 1988 regarding Shri Sohan Lal Jain.
I have known Shri Jain for over 20 years. He is a most likeable person – full of humility and consideration for everyone he deals with. He has consistently maintained high professional standards and has been scrupulous in his dealings. I held him in esteem.

If you so desire, you could use this letter in connection felicitations proposed to be organised for Shri Jain. I agree with you that all persons interested in development of good printing industry should join hands to pay tribute to Shri Jain.
